Pastured Pigs

Each year, we raise a batch of pigs on the back pasture throughout the summer and fall. They spend the six months doing what pigs love to do -- rooting for grubs and roots, eating grasses and clover, wallowing in the mud on hot days, and sleeping in the shade. In addition to what they are able to root up and catch on their own, we feed them a balanced diet of non-GMO grains and veggies from our fields here at Bells Bend.
