Becoming a shareholder in the Bells Bend Farms CSA will not only improve the health of you and your family, but the health of your local economy, community, and environment!

The CSA is the backbone of our farm and ensures that the farm sustains us all each season.  Your investment improves the soil for current and future generations, while influencing future development in rural Nashville towards sustainable agriculture and a strong local economy.

In our CSA model, you will see your farmers every week.  A wonderful relationship forms when those who eat and those who farm are able to know each other.

How it works:

Your farm grows seasonal vegetables, flowers, and some fruit mid May through mid December.  We deliver the food to your chosen pick up location (below).  You pick up your "share" of the week's harvest and feed yourself, family, and friends sustainably-grown, super-fresh food throughout the 30 week season.

Each week we (your farmers) send you a newsletter with the current week's harvest list, the current happenings on the farm, upcoming events, and recipes.

As a shareholder of your farm, you are invited to our harvest festivals, square dances, potluck dinners, workshops, and more!  You also receive discounts on bulk orders and other seasonal products.

Registration Details:

Please review the information below, and send us a confirmation email by March 1 that includes your:

Share Size

We offer only one share size, which is over 1/4 bushel in size.  Your share comes to about $23 per week.  We almost always give more than $23 worth of food (market value), typically closer to $25-$30, and more than $30 value at the height of tomato season.

How much food is this?
This is enough food for a small family, a couple that likes to eat a lot of fresh produce, or an individual who wants an exciting weekly challenge!  Some folks have no problem getting through their weekly share, while others share with friends and neighbors, can and freeze food for the winter, or buy a blender.

Here are examples from last season:

                      Late May                                              Mid June
