Cost-Share Programs
Last year we donated well over 3,000 lbs of produce to food banks, community organizations, and directly to families in need. We believe that "sustainable" agriculture also includes social sustainability, and that everyone deserves equal access to local, healthy food. As a result, we have implemented two models that allow customers and shareholders to pay a little more, knowing that their generosity is feeding other families.

How it Works
|
Price Structure |
|
|
The CSA cost-share program is designed so that CSA members can subsidize the share of a low-income family. By paying extra for your own share, you insure that another family can join the CSA. This can work towards a family you know or we can find a recipient.
|
- $300 will subsidize 1 Half Share for a Full season.
- $250 will subsidize1 Half Share for the spring/summer season.
- $200 will subsidize 1/3 of a Half Share for the Full season.

Donation Cost-Share |
This program is designed so you can make a donation with the assurance that we will provide extra food for low-income families. Extra food will be distributed to food banks we trust, community organizations, and directly to individuals and families.
|
No minimum donation.
Pay what you can and we will provide the labor, produce, and distribution. |
If you decide to take part in one or both of the above programs, you will receive regular updates about the extra food you are growing with us and where it ends up.
Thank You!
A "donation harvest" of squash and cukes in July!
